pricing notes
Prices shown are the group prices. Promotional pricing may be available at the time you book your cruise. Those promotions may have additional requirements, and deposits may be nonrefundable. With the group fares, your deposit is fully refundable up to the final payment date. At final payment date, all deposits are nonrefundable. A minimum number of staterooms must be sold for this group to be a guaranteed "go". We encourage you not to choose a nonrefundable fare until the group minimum is met unless you attend to cruise even if the group activities don't happen. Prices shown here are per-person, double-occupancy, and cruise-only. Prices shown do not include government taxes and fees of $250 per person, vacation protection, gratuities, or transportation to/from the port. After you fill out the reservation form online, we will provide you a quote of the exact prices available, whether based on your Princess past-passenger status or discounts that may be available. Prices shown here are the maximum price for the group block, even if publicly-available prices go up. All prices in the group will be higher than the publicly-available prices due to the value added benefits you will receive as a member of the group. Anyone who books the cruise outside the group will not be allowed to take part in group activities that include ukulele classes, on-board credit, and alternative classes such as crafts and dance.

If circumstances require a change in the trip itinerary, On the Way Travel will make every effort to select alternative accommodations of comparable quality and/or value, and to keep the itinerary modifications as minimal as possible under said circumstances.
On the rare occasion when On the Way Travel must cancel the trip or trip segment(s) listed on this form, all payments received to date for the trip or trip segment will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. On the Way Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.
